Shipping + Returns

Here at Formulated Wellness, we want you to be healthy AND happy.
To better assist you, here are our Shipping + Returns guidelines.


Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. We work
hard and diligently to ensure timely shipping, but ask that you consider special
circumstances that may delay the shipment of your order. If there are any issues
with your order, you will be contacted directly by one of our team members
and updated every step of the way.

All Standard orders ship FREE! Expedited and international shipping is subject
to additional fees depending on the weight of the shipment and any fees we
may incur from our shipping providers, including but not limited to, import
duties, customs fees, and more. All these costs are calculated and applied at

Because our products are sealed for safety, returns will only be accepted within
48 hours of receipt of products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please
let us know as soon as you receive your order so that we can take the next
steps. Returned items must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

If there was an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. (ex. if your
order was damaged during shipment or if you received a defective product).
Please have photos and documentation ready to ensure a quick and easy refund
and return process. In these cases, we will be more than happy to cover any return
costs, and we apologize in advance for any inconveniences you may have incurred.

Formulated Wellness is not liable for any return packages that are lost or stolen
in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number
when shipping back any returns.
